Who Are We?
AtlantaRed.com is an online social community service that focuses on amateur writers networking, personals, blog, and chat. Services on our web site are available to members and visitors of the web site. Services on AtlantaRed.com are related to: AtlantaRed.com poetry posting & contests, AtlantaRed.com short-story posting & contests, AtlantaRed.com chat, AtlantaRed.com IM, and other services introduced to the site as special features to our members including site enhancements which being introduced periodically.
Terms and Conditions of Service Agreement
The Terms & Conditions of Service (TCS) for this site, include specific guidelines which must be adhered to as a member of AtlantaRed.com. The TOC represents an “Agrement” between the user of the site and the site owner, Atlanta Red, Inc. As such, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions within this agreement whether you are a “visitor” or a “member” of this site. “Vistors” are defined as those who browse the website. “Members” are defined as those who have created a userid on the AtlantaRed.com website. Only those persons who agree to the terms and conditions set forth within this document are authorized to use the site. You must read this agreement prior to becoming a member on this site. If you disagree with any of the guidelines set forth within this document, you should leave the site immediately.
The terms and conditions of service may be modified on occasion. As updates are made to the TCS, they will be posted to AtlantaRed.com, at which time the will be effective immediately. AtlantaRed.com may suspend or terminate access at any time without warning leading up to and including removal of postings, refusal to post content inappropriate for our members, for any reason, with or without prior notice. You understand that services provided through AtlantaRed.com are done so on an as-is basis. AtlantaRed.com is not liable for failure to store personal information or to save personal settings on the site. It is your responsibility to obtain access to our services including internet service provider and/or airtime charges. You are also responsible for providing your own equipment required in order to access the site and all services within.
Some areas of our web site contain content of adult nature or mature content. Members accessing this content must be 18 years of age or older in order to view this content. Members who post content in other areas of the site which are not designated as adult/mature oriented will be subject to having their content removed and having their membership used to access the site revoked. Report all instances of abuse to abuse@atlantared.com immediately.

Membership eligibility
By registering on AtlantaRed.com you understand that use of services on the web site are void where prohibited. You understand that any violation of the following guidelines will results in membership termination without warning. By using the services on AtlantaRed.com, you represent that:
1. All information provided during the registration process is honest, truthful, and accurate
2. You are at least 14 years of age or older
3. Your use of the services does not violate any applicable, federal, state, or local laws and ordinances
4. You will maintain the accuracy of all personal information
Passwords
At sign-up (registration), you will be prompted to provide to create a password of your choice. It is your responsibility to ensure that the password that you choose is maintained in a confidential manner. AtlantaRed.com assumes no liability in compromised passwords. At no time will any member of the AtlantaRed.com staff request your password. As such if you feel that your password has ever been compromised, you should immediately update your profile with a new password and report any suspicious activity to abuse@atlantared.com immediately. After sign-up, an e-mail will be generated to the e-mail address that you specify during the sign-up process. It is your responsibility to keep your personal information private and secure. At the end of each log-on session, you should log out of the site completely. You should never disclose your password nor any other sensitive data to a third party.
Conduct
As a member and visitor of AtlantaRed.com, the following conduct guidelines must be adhered to. Violations will subject members to termination of services without warning.
1. All information and content posted to AtlantaRed.com is the responsibility of the person who posted the material.
2. Since AtlantaRed.com is not responsible for content posted to the site, you understand that you may be exposed to content, data, and information which you may find to be offensive or inappropriate.

f. take any action that will result in adverse impacts to the functionality of the web site and its services or take any action that will have an adverse impact on system performance of other members
g. promote SPAM of any sort in any form including but not limited to use of chat, messenging, e-mail, forums or any other feature available on or through AtlantaRed.com
h. promote or advertise for any commercial gain without prior consent from advertising@atlantared.com
i. violate any federal, state, or local laws though the use of any services made available within AtlantaRed.com
j. provide support to designated by the United States government as a foreign terrorist organization
Limitation of Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold AtlantaRed.com, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or if any Content that you post on the Website or through the Services causes AtlantaRed.com to be liable to another.
