Published author under the pen name, Daryl Thomas, featured guest on the Michael Baisden Show, founder of global efforts to promote societal change through poetry, producer of his first two albums: "My Love My Poetry," and "The Aspirations of Atlanta Red," a business planner, motivational speaker, graphics designer and a poet, I remain diligent in the pursuit of my passion.

Writing poetry since 8-years old, my words were kept hidden until 2004 when I decided to share my writing publicly-- full speed. My life's purpose took hold from that point forward, leading to many opportunities and open doors to touch others with positive messages through poetry, spoken word, and music.

Each morning when I open my eyes, I thank God for his provision of life, sustenance, family, and the gift of poetry. Poetry is not only an art. Poetry is a tool to promote positive changes in our world. I am proud to be used as an instrument of words.
